Bookings

Bookings are requests until confirmed by our team via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to suggest alternative times if our chairs are full.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 6 hours before your appointment are free. Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a 50% fee at our discretion.

Product orders

Product orders placed through WhatsApp are confirmed by our team in writing before dispatch. Payment is on delivery (cash, MoMo) or by transfer in advance.

Liability

We carry out all services with the highest care. Clients with sensitive scalps, allergies, or in their first trimester of pregnancy are asked to disclose before service.
