We started Kigali Braids because we wanted a studio that respected hair, time and money — and our nail room runs on the same belief. Booking is confirmed within the hour, work starts when we say it will, and the price you see here is the price you pay. No quiet add-ons at the chair, no waiting an hour past your slot.
Healthy nails come first. Every set begins with sanitised tools and proper preparation, and our soak-offs are gentle by design: we lift gel and acrylic carefully rather than filing or prying it away, because the nail bed underneath has to last far longer than any colour. If you are choosing between gel and acrylic, our team will talk you through what suits your natural nails, your lifestyle and how long you want it to hold.

A gel manicure is 10,000 RWF and a gel pedicure is 10,000 RWF. A classic pedicure is 15,000 RWF, acrylic extensions are 25,000 RWF, and a nail soak-off is 5,000 RWF. Those are the full prices — nothing is added at the chair.
Gel is lighter and great for a natural look that lasts two to three weeks. Acrylic is stronger and used to add length or rebuild, holding well for three to four weeks. When you arrive we look at your natural nails and lifestyle and recommend whichever suits you best.

Gel typically lasts two to three weeks and acrylic three to four, depending on how fast your nails grow and how you treat them. When you are ready for a change, come in for a gentle 5,000 RWF soak-off rather than peeling them off at home.
