Bridal makeup uses HD-grade foundation that doesn't flash white in photos. We test under camera flash during the trial so the wedding photos look like the mirror.
Primer, foundation, setting powder, long-wear setting spray. We've sent brides through 5am vows, 2pm photos, 7pm reception and 1am after-party — the makeup holds.
Book the full bridal package and a makeup artist comes to your venue for live touch-ups between ceremony, photos, and reception. Lipstick refreshed, lashes secured, powder re-set.
The hardest bridal makeup brief in Kigali is invisible: 'Make me look like myself, but the version that's been ready for this all year'. That's the brief we work to. We don't change your face — we read it. Undertone, eye shape, lip volume, the way you smile in photos versus the way you smile in real life. Then we apply in layers, set, and check under flash before you leave the trial.
Every product used on the day is documented from the trial. Every step is timed. Every backup is packed. We've worked Rwandan traditional weddings (gusaba, kuranga, civil ceremony, church and reception — sometimes all in one day) and Western-style weddings, and the brief is the same: the makeup at midnight should look like it did at the morning prep. Yes. The trial is when we match your undertone, test wear time, and photograph the look under different lights. Brides who skip the trial often discover the foundation flashes white in flash photos or the lipstick wears off too quickly. The trial costs less than fixing it after.
